I recently called in at the practice as I was on a boating holiday and was unable to visit my home practice. The receptionist dealt with my situation quickly and a doctor called me and provided a prescription.

To say I’m really pleased with the level of service and care given to me and my wife by salters is an understatement. It is fantastic compared to doctors we have used in Birmingham previously.

Excellent service
Thank you once again Salters for coming to my rescue when my wife was poorly and distressed, this morning. From the receptionist to the visiting doctor, everyone treated us both with dignity and respect. As a carer its reassuring to know help is out there in times of panic thank you all.
